Home court advantage will still be a factor (Just not a big one cause both teams can still sleep at their own house) - but since season ticket holders get the first chance at buying tickets - For the Clipper games - the majority will be Clipper fans, and same for the Lakers. The floors will still change of course.

They will meet in round 2. I think it will be a good close series. The Clips have home court and a better team, but the Lakers have Phil Jackson who is a playoff legend. I see the Clippers wining in 7 games.

The players sure wouldn't have to drive very far to go to the games, it'll be like they can eat dinner at home, give their wife a kiss "goodbye", and still be there in time for the game.Practice may be a problem though since they do play in the same arena.Have to put a giant cloth or something mid court?!?
I think one of these cheapass teams should go out and get their OWN arena to play in.

No genius, for the first two games, the floor would be set for the Clippers, and for the second two, for the Lakers. As such, the first two games designated as home for the Clippers would also favor their season ticket holders and other fans, while for the Laker's games, their season ticket holders and fans would get favored. Of course, various Laker fans could probably finnagle seats, being that many are famous and rich, so you might still get a biased crowd.

They wont have a hard time changing the floor. After a game, they will change the floor. And if these two teams meet, it will be somewhat Lakers all the way. Between the two teams, the Lakers are the only ones that brought championships to Los Angeles. But you can still see cheering in both sides of the court. It will be a riot. The Lakers and Clippers lead there matchups so it's possible they will meet in the 2nd round.
